Live Like the Locals
We are NOT a corporation or conglomerate or subsidiary or franchise. We are an ambitious couple with a beautiful young daughter and extremely outgoing (and sometimes smelly) golden doodle. We are born and bread in beautiful Savannah and enjoy sharing our knowledge of the town to make sure you live like the locals during your Staycation. You can count on us for recommendations and responding immediately to to any concern you have during your trip.
Homes Not Hotels
We currently own, manage, and maintain 7 unique properties. We are located 4 blocks from legendary Forsyth Park and 1 block from the local Kroger grocery store. This location is perfect for weekend getaways or longer stays during harsh northern winters. We are close enough to walk to everything Savannah has to offer, but far enough from the more touristy area to have free parking and enjoy quiet nights. In this location, you can truly see all that Savannah has to offer.
Our properties that have character and uniqueness. These are NOT hotel rooms. Our goal is to provide an amazing stay with full home amenities at a lower price than hotels. This means the units are not cleaned daily and there may some imperfections as I keep up with an expanding list (if you have owned 150 year old property, you know) of repairs and improvements. If you desire a more polished experiences with valet parking and continental breakfast, one of the downtown hotels is probably a better fit.
This is the crew enjoying a beautiful day in downtown Savannah. We started at Clary's for breakfast, hit Books on Bay, and headed to the river for pralines from Savannah Sweets. Free samples! We would love to host you in the hostess city.
