Perfect "live like a local" spot. Four blocks from legendary Forsyth park, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and 3-4 blocks to restaurants and coffee shops. I lived here as a bachelor for about 2 years. It's the perfect blend of historic Savannah and modern style and convenience (granite counter tops and a 2 person jacuzzi tub in the bathroom). Super comfortable and cozy; you will get a true feeling of a Savannah home. Oh, did we mention there's a pool? Yea, it rocks!

This fantastic condo is in the perfect location in the Landmark Historic District of beautiful downtown Savannah, GA. The unit features a large bedroom, large living area, fully equipped kitchen and luxury bathroom with a 2 person Jacuzzi hot tub garden bath. Ohhh-la la. This historic cottage, originally constructed in the late 1800's, has been eloquently renovated and furnished with modern conveniences and a contemporary feel. Walking distance to grocery, bars, fine dining, coffee shops,and world famous Forsyth Park make this an unbeatable location. A 20 minute walk to the shopping district through the heart of the historic city provides a complete Savannah experience. Also, a short 20 minute drive to Tybee Island for a beach day.

Did we mention there is a pool? The pool is shared by 8 condos, so it is not 100% private. But , rarely is there more than 1 group of guests down there at a time. And EVERYBODY loves to come home from a beautiful day out in Savannah to relax in or by the pool!

I enjoy meeting my guests! However, I leave it up to them if they prefer meeting me at arrival time or rather follow check -in instructions and let themselves in. I am always available to answer any questions they may have regarding their stay and the unit. I love giving advice on places to visit and especially places to eat. I love resteraunts and Savannah has sooooo many good ones.

This neighborhood is great because it is NOT in the fully tourist district of Savannah. You will see professionals, students, life ling residents, and daily commuters. It really gives you a taste of the live-ablitly of the town. It's the perfect location for everybody; tourists or prospective resident.

Savannah is a walking and biking town. This location is striking distance to everything Savannah has to offer without needing a car at all. We have a small area out back for secure bike parking. The town is best seen from foot, and I always reccomend walking. Uber is in town and easy. Bike taxis are also avaialble if you need a quick boost.

If you are familiar with an herb infusion called "Yerba Mate" (popular in South America- Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay), you must plan to stop at the popular "Maté Factor" shop for delicious pastries, homemade like food, and mate drinks and mate lattes...only three blocks away!

There is also a natural market, Brighter Day, with organic products and holistic medicine at walking distance.
